# Acromion Shoulder Width Horizontal

• Step 1: Draw in sleeve shoulder width and find acromion that normally sits 1.5-2.0 cm away from both sides of shoulder peak. (For women is approximately 1.5 cm and for men is 2.0 cm).
• Step 2: Use straight tape measure tool to measure from the left acromion to the right acromion without stopping at centre-back neck.
• Step 3: Compare this measurement with the 3D scan output and see if it makes sense. If it is vastly different, replace the 3D scan output with your measured value.
