# Neck Base Girth / Collar girth

• Step 1: Identify the centre-front, centre back neck, and side neck at the peak of the shoulder.
• Step 2: Use straight tape measure tool to measure (in small increments) the base of the neck through these points.
• Step 3: Compare this measurement with the 3D scan output and see if it makes sense. If it is vastly different, replace the 3D scan output with your measured value.
